Erica has been a valued member of Companion Dental Care since November 2018. With nearly two decades of experience as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front desk, she brings a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of both clinical and administrative operations. Now serving as the office manager, Erica supports day-to-day practice operations, leads team development through SCH training and takes pride in helping others grow into new roles. She enjoys working alongside a great team and truly values the connections she builds with patients.

Outside of the office, Erica cherishes time with her husband and their three children – a daughter and two sons. Her favorite activities include attending church, hiking and cheering on her youngest son at soccer games.

Hannah joined Companion Dental Care in October 2024 and plays a key role in ensuring the financial and insurance processes run smoothly and efficiently. She works diligently to help patients navigate their benefits and financial arrangements with clarity and ease. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills make her an essential part of the front office team. Hannah loves the camaraderie she shares with her coworkers and feels that working alongside friends makes each day more enjoyable and meaningful.

Outside the office, Hannah enjoys life with her husband, their two boys and their two dogs. A proud boy mom, she spends her free time fishing, hunting, camping, boating and cheering on her kids in their favorite sports.

Alyson joined Companion Dental Care in May 2019 and brings a warm, personable approach to patient care. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Darton State College in 2014 and is a proud member of the dental hygiene honor society Sigma Phi Alpha. Known for her gentle touch and attention to detail, Alyson is passionate about developing lasting relationships with patients while delivering high-quality periodontal care. She loves meeting new people and helping them feel comfortable and confident about their oral health.
Outside of the office, Alyson enjoys traveling – especially to Disney and international Disney parks – with her husband, Tarken. She also loves to cook and bake.

Jordyn became a part of our team in January 2022 and brings dedication, organization and a friendly spirit to her role as a dental assistant. She completed her dental training through Assist to Succeed and pursued general education at Blue Ridge Community College. In addition to assisting with patient care, Jordyn helps keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies, checking lab cases and welcoming new patients with phone calls. She values the trust and respect shared throughout the team and loves that her coworkers feel like friends both in and out of the office.

Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys spending time with her two children – a daughter and a son. Her hobbies include journaling, listening to podcasts and staying active by going to the gym or walking.

Madison joined the Companion Dental Care team in September 2024 as a dedicated and detail-oriented dental assistant. She plays an essential role in maintaining a smooth and safe clinical environment by sterilizing treatment rooms and equipment, as well as assisting both the doctor and hygienist during patient care. Madison especially values the strong relationships she shares with her fellow assistants and enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Outside of the office, Madison loves spending time with her beautiful dog, Honey Mae. Her favorite hobbies include weightlifting and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
